Samuel Skeele< no role > of Charter House Street in the Parish of St.
Sepulchre within in the City of London Cordwainer maketh Oath that the
Above Defendt. Richard Enover< no role > Stands Indicted in this Honble. Court-
[..] five seperate Indictmts. for the Offences Abovementioned, To
Indictments the said Defendt. Pleaded Not Guilty in
[..] ber Quarter Session last & gave Bail in Order to Try his
[..] avers within the three first days of this present Session. And
this Deponent saith that he then became One of the Defendts. Bail, but
that the Prosecutors of all the said five Indictments have since Agreed to
discharge the said Richard Enover< no role > as will to this Honble. Court by
the General Release hereto Annexed. And further this Deponent
with that the said Richard Enover< no role > is now at this present time a
Prisoner for Debt in the Poultry Compter London & hath been in
Custody there One Month this Day so that this Deponent cannot
Possibly bring him into Court to retract his Plea of Not Guilty
in Order that this Deponent may be discharged from his Recognizance
entered into as abovesaid
