poor of the Parish of Richmund [..]
County of Surry.

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seals of
John Cox< no role > and Saunders Welch< no role > Esqrs. two of His Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the county of middlesex (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 24th. day of October
last Elizabeth Martel wife of John Martel< no role > a Foreigner
(said in the said Order to be gone from her and not to be
found) was Removed and Conveyed from the Parish of
Giles in the Fields in the said County of Middlesex to the
said parish of Richmond as the place of the last legal
Settlement of the said Elizabeth Martel< no role >

Your Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of the [..]
two Justices of the peace , Appeal again
the same and humbly pray your
Worships to Appoint some day in the
present General Session of the peace
for the Rearing and Determining of
the said Appeal.
