The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St James Westminster

Sheweth

Childrento wit Sarah< no role > Aged One Year and
Daniel < no role > About three Months were Removed from
the Parish of Twickenham in the County of Middx
by Virtue of A Pass Warrant or Order Under the hands
And Seals of Jo:D:Birkhead & James Children Esqrs
Two of [..] his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the [..] said County of Middx to the said Parish
of St James as the Place of their last Legal
Settlement Whereby yr Petitioners think themselves
Agreived

Therefore humbly Pray that this Court wills
