Middlesex


At the General Session of the Peace of
holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall
in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid on
Friday the Twelfth day of September in the
thirty fourth year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by and with the Consent of the Parties and their
Council that the final hearing and Determination of the
Matters of the Petition and Appeal of Joseph Treadwell< no role > This name instance is in set 1043.
against a certain Adjudication of Bastardy therein mentioned
and setforth be and the same is hereby further Adjourned
until Tuesday the Twenty first Day of October next (being
the third day of the next Session of the Peace intended to
be holden for this County) and all parties concerned are
hereby required to attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid
by Nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the same Day to hear
and abide the Judgment and Determination of that
Court touching the Premisses.
