Upon an Indictment for assaulting

The Deft was indicted so long Since as September Session last
he pleaded in October Session, but has kept off from trying his
Traverse by obtaining a Certificate and last Session got
[..] Baild on a Bench Warrt. obtained by Means of the Psecutors
[..] ch own Soliciter wch. then was concerned for him Although
the psecutor had by Motion made in the last Session got an
Order of Court that the Deft shd. not have any Bench
Warrant or Certificate But should put in Bail to try his
This Session before certain Justices appointed by that Order and
should give the prosecutors 48 Hours Notice of the Names of
Such Bail

As the Deft not withstanding has not thought proper
to try his Traverse this Session Be pleased to move that
an Order of Court may be granted that the Deft may not
have not any Certificate or Bench Warrt. granted to him and
that it be appointed that he shall put in Bail before such
Justice or Justices as the Court shall appointed and that he
give [..] 48 Hours Notice to the prosecutor of the
Names and Places of abode of his BailBeforeof the Time
of their Appearance before sack Justice or Justices to be Bail for
the Defendant
