haviour in the sd House of Correction
and that she Struck and Feat her said

Several times and that the Justice
Comitted her to the Gatehouse Mr.
Wallbanck desiring she might Not be
Sent to his custody for fear.

and Sworn and amongst other Things
deposed he actually went in danger
of his Life when his wife was so Comd.
and complain'd thereof on Oath before the
Sd. Justice, that the Surgeon delares her
Ann is not broke as her Petr. alledges
That the sole reason of obtaining the discharge
for her was because he did not chuse to have his
name in queon on so unhappy an Affair
