in the County of Middlesex Timber Merchant Maketh Oath and
Saith that he this Dept Became one of the Surties for the above
Defendant Alexander Irvine< no role > in this Cause And this Deponent
further Saith that the said Alexander Irvine< no role > is now in Somersetshire
or some other remake Part of England and that this Deponent hath
made Striet Enquiry after him but Cannot find him but that this
Dept hath procured a General Release from the above Prosecutor
William Grayson< no role > and made him a Satisfaction for the same
