Oath that he was present on the twenty fifth day of this
instant february 1760 and dis see John Glyn< no role > the prosecutor
in this Cause And the Releasor within named Sign Seal and
as his Act and Deed are and duly deliver and Execute the
within written Deed poll or Generall Release And this
Deponent Saith that the name Jno Glyn subscribed to
the within Release as the party executing of the same is
of the proper hand writing of the abovenamed prosecutor
John Glyn< no role > And that the names Wm. Watts< no role > and Chas.
Toothaker subscribed a witnesses to the Execution of the
within Release are of the proper hand writing of this
deponent and of Charles Toothaker< no role > who Acted in this Cause
as Attorney or Sollicitor for the said prosecutor
