that being adjudged by the said Justices to be the place of the last Legall
Settlement of the said

and Anne his Wife and their
said Children.
That your Petitioners concerning themselves
agreived by the said Warrant or Order of the said Two Justices Do
therefore appeal to Your Worships therefrom And humbly pray that
you will be pleased to hear them in the Premisses, And order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St: Mary
White Chapel
in the said County of Middlesex
may appear before You at
a Certain Day to be appointed to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of your Worships touching the Appeal
And your Petitioners as in Duty bound shall ever pray Etc.
