To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their Generall Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Dudley in the County of
Worcester

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of
Tho: Quarrill< no role > and Rob Pelltwo of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex (one where of being of
the Quorum) bearing Date the 19th: day of October 1759. Elizabeth
Broynton
< no role > aged about seven Years and Alice Broynton< no role > aged about
four Years Children of Thomas Broynton< no role > and Anne< no role > his Wife then both
gone away from their sd Children were removed from the Parish of St Mary
White Chapel unto the said Parish of Dudley in the said County of Worcester
that being adjudged by the said Justices to be the place of the last Legall
Settlement of the said Thomas Broynton< no role > and Anne his Wife and their
said Children.

That your Petitioners concerning themselves
agreived by the said Warrant or Order of the said Two Justices Do
therefore appeal to Your Worships therefrom And humbly pray that
you will be pleased to hear them in the Premisses, And order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St: Mary
White Chapel in the said County of Middlesex may appear before You at
a Certain Day to be appointed to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of your Worships touching the Appeal

And your Petitioners as in Duty bound shall ever pray Etc.
