At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden at Hicks Hall in the
County of Middlesex by Adjournment on Tuesday the
thirty first day of October in the thirty Second Year
of the Reign of our said Lord the King before George
Errington
< no role > George Green< no role > Saunders Welch< no role > and Charles
Palmer
< no role > Esquire and others their Fellows Justices Etc

Application being made to this Court by John Newbould< no role > .
Petting Constable of the parish of Kensington for this
payment of the Sum of fourteen Shillings by him Extended
for the Burial of John Davis< no role > a Rogue and Vagabond
and it appearing to this Court that the said John Davis< no role > was
delivered to the said John Newcould to be passed from
Kensington to Chiswick in this County and that [..] the
said John Davis< no role > died before he ced be so passed and that
the said John Newbold< no role > Expended the said Sum of fourteen Shillings
for his Burial This Court doth Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County do pay unto the said John Newbold< no role >
the said fourteen Shillings and that the Receipt of the
said John Newbold< no role > together with this Order shall be
a Sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such
payment
