Westminster , To wit.


To the Constable , Headborough , Tythingman, and other
Officer of the Peace of the Parish of St. Margaret
in the City of Westminster , to receive and convey,
And to the Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, or
Overseer of the Poor of the Parish, Place or Pre-
cinct of Mugaranger in the County
of Bedford of either of them to re-
ceive and obey.

WHEREAS Ann Tayler< no role > & her 2 Children Vizt.
Mary< no role > aged upwards of 4 Years & one that is [..]
yet Baptized aged upwards of one week, was
apprehended in the said Parish, of St. Margaret, Westminster , as a Rogue
and Vagabond, (videlicet) by her own Confession and
other Circumstances
and upon Examination of the said Ann Taylor< no role >
taken before me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that the last Legal
Settlement of the said Ann Taylor< no role > & her two Child,
is in the Parish of Mugaranger in Bedfordshire

These are therefore to require your the said Constable and other Officer
to Convey the said Vagrant to the parish of Ridge in Hertfordsh
that being the first parish in the next Precinct thro' which they
ought to pass in the direct Way to the said parish of Mugaranger
to which they are to be sent and to deliver them to
the Constable or other Officer of such parish in such next Precinct,
together with this Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said
Vagrant taking his Receipt for the same.
And the said Vagrant to be thence conveyed on in like Manner to the said
parish of Mugaranger there to be delivered to some
Church-Warden, Chapel-Warden, or Overseer of the Poor of the same
parish to be there provided for according to Law. And you the
said Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor are here
by required to receive the said Person and provide for them as aforesaid.
Given under my Hand and Seal this 3rd, Day of June
in the Year of our Lord 1758.
