in the County of Middlesex Ironmonger maketh Oath and saith
that Titus Salter< no role > the Defendant in this Cause is Master or
Commander of the Ship Nathaniel which is or a about the month of
August last was hired into his Majesties Service as a Transport to
carry Forces abroad and then to proceed to Piscata way in
[..] England And this Deponent further saith that the said
[..] soon after sailed from the Port of London on the said
[..] Voyage and is not expected to return to England before
the month of October next as he is informed and believes about
which time as this Deponent is also informed and believes the said
Titus Salter< no role > will return and not before
