, a Rogue and Vagabond was found wandering
abroad and begging in the
Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
in the
said Liberty not having a Legal Settlement there, And Whereas
the said Wm. Randall< no role >
, was brought before me one of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace
for the City and Liberty
aforesaid by John
Scurrier< no role >
(in order to be dealt with according to Law.)
These are therefore to require you the said
High Constable
to pay unto the said John Scurrier< no role >
for apprehending
the said Vagrant the Sum of Ten Shillings pursuant the
Staute in that Case made & provided, Given under my Hand
& Seal this 23d: day of February 1758.
