W Wood desires to acquaint the Court that a demand
hath been made upon the High Constable of Spelthorn
DwisHundred by order of one of his Majties Justices
of the Peace for this Countyfor the payment of
sending in Kennington Division for the payment
of Certificates for passing of Vagrants amounting
unto £18-0-0 & upward and desires the Opinion
of the Court. whether such High Constable is to pay
and discharge this same out such part of the County
Rate which may be in [..] his hands
