At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Lord
the King holden at Hicks hall in Saint John Street in and for
the County of Middlesex on Monday the Ninth day of January
in the thirty first year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke have Notice of
this Appeal and that they and all persons concerned do Attend this Court
on Fridaythe Thirteenth day of this instant January
at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day to hear and Abide
the Judgment and Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
