At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middx
at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment an Friday the tenth day of
December in the thirtieth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great
Britain Etc before George Errington< no role > Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Francis Bedwell< no role > Robert Hale< no role > Esqrs
and others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and alter Misdeeds committed in
the same County.

Upon hearing of the Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of
Stow in the wold in the County of Gloucester against a Pass Warrant or Order under the hand
and Seal of Thomas Quarrill< no role > Esqr. one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middx bearng date the twenty first day of October last whereby Jane Tickeridge< no role > Wife of
James Tickeridge< no role > (now in his Majestys Sea Service) apprehended as a Rogue and Vagabond
in the Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middx aforesaid (Vizt.) wandering and
Begging there was removed from and out of the said Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch to
the said parish of how is the Wold as the place of her last legal Settlement And upon
hearing of what was alledged by Mr. lane of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Stow in the Wold This Court by Consent of Mr. Mr Pheadris
of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch doth allow of the said Appeal and doth vacate and discharge the aforesaid Pass
Warrant or Order of the said Justice of the Peace and the same is hereby vacated and
discharged accordingly.
