County Gentlemen Severally Make Oath as fellow and first
this Deponent William Avery< no role >
for himself Saith that a Bill
of Indictment was Preferred and found against him this Deponent
at the last session of the Peace holden at Hicks Hall
in Saint
John Street
in and for the said County for a Nusance in Keeping of
Hogs so which Indictment to this Deponent in the same Sessions
appeared and Pleaded And this Deponent Saith that being in formed
that keeping of Hogs was a Nusance and being Advised to sell and
Dispose of the same he this Deponent in Order to remove the
said Nusance Accordingly within a few days afterwards Sold off
all the Stock he then had (Consisting only of two Sows and a
Pig) And this Deponent hath not kept any hogs since that time
And this Deponent John Doughlass for himself Saith that he this
Deponent did on Wednesday last Personally Serve Samuel

Annexed and at the same time acquainted him with the purport or
