Etc with force and areas at the Parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid
in and upon one

the said Henry then and there did beat wound and ill treat so that
his Life was greatly despaired of and other Wrongs to the said
Henry then and there did To the great damage of the said Henry
and against the Peace of our said Lord the King his Crown and
Dignity.
