To the Worshippfull his Majestyes Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Sepulchre in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under
the Hands and Seals of Philip Dyot< no role > and John Cox< no role > Esqrs . two
of his Majestyes Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
bearing Date the third day of November last Benjamin Thomas< no role >
and Benedicta< no role > his Wife were Removed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields to the said Parish of St. Sepulchre
as the Place of their last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved
by the said Pass Warrant or Order of Removal and
humbly Appeal against the Same and Pray your
Worshipps to Grant them such relief in the Premisses
as to your Worshipps shall Seem Meet

And your Petitioners (as in duty bound)
shall ever Pray Etc
