At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County
aforesaid on Monday the first Day of December in the twenty ninth
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of
Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the within named Robert Savory< no role > have
Notice of this Petition and that he and all Persons concerned do attend this
Court on Thursday next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to hear
and abide the Judgment and Determination of the Same Court touching
the Matters contained in Said Petition.

1st. day of December Instant serve a true Copy of the abovementioned order on
a Woman who keeps the Barley Mow near Red Lyon Street While Chapel in order
to be delivered to Sarah Savory the wife of the abovementioned Robert Savory and
that the said Sarah Savory hath since Informed this Depont. that she did never
the said order
