answer the Complaint of this Depont. and the said
James Lawson< no role > was Committed to Prison for want of Sureties
and this Deponent Lastly saith That the said Writ not
being returnable till to morrow being friday the fifth
day of this Instant December cannot have a Copy of the
Plaint and affidavit of the above Cause out of the said
office tor Instructions to file a Bill of Indictment
against them for the said assault and Rescue hill [..]
sometime to morrow
