At the Time & Place appointed by our Summons on the Information on the other side
Written that is to say on the twenty fourth day of September one Thousand Seven hundred
and fifty five at Great Queens street in the said County of Middlesex here come
before us as well the said Informer as also the said Defendant in the said Information
Named, which being now here read over to him the said Defendant and he being now
here fully acquainted with the Contents thereof he doth now here Plead thereto
That he is Not Guilty of the fast & Offence in the said Information Mentioned in
Manner & Form as the Same is therein & thereby Set forth; But it now
here Appearing Unto Us upon & by the Oaths of Several credible Witnesses now
here duly Sworn and Examined by and before Us That the said Defendant
Thomas Wish< no role > is Guilty of the Fact and Offence in the said Information mentioned in
Manner and form as the Same is therein and thereby Set forth We do
Convict him thereof. It is therefore now here Considered Adjudged &
Determined by us the said Justices That the said Defendant Thomas Wish< no role >
for and by reason of the Premises in the said Information mentioned,
Whereof he now is Convicted as aforesaid, hath Forfeited twenty Pounds
of lawful Money of Great Britain whereof we adjudge one Moiety to be Paid
to the use of our Sovereign Lord the King that now is And the other Moiety
thereof to the said Informer according to the Statute in Such Case made and
Provided Given under our Hands at Great Queen street aforesaid
in the said County this Twenty fourth day of September in the Year
of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Fifty Five.
