At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden
for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County
a foresaid by Adjournment on Thursday the fifth day of December in
the Twenty Eighth Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second
King of Great Britain Etc .

A Bill of Mr. Thomas Stephens< no role > Mason having been produced before this
Court for work done at the Session House at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the
said County Amounting to the Sum of Thirteen Pounds and Sixteen Shillings
And it Appearing to this Court that the said Bill hath been examined and Settled
by Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
said County It is Ordered by this Court That Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do Pay the said Sum of Thirteen Pounds and Sixteen Shillings out of
the Moneys received for the County Rents unto the said Thomas Stephens< no role > in
full of his said Bill whose receipt together with this Order shall be a
Sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment.
