At the General Quarter Session of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex at
Hicks's hall in Saint John street in the County
aforesaid on Monday the 15th. day of July in the
28th year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the second by the grace of God of Great Britain
France and Ireland King defender of the faith Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of Saint George in the County of
Middlesex have notice of this Appeal And that they and
all Persons concerned do attend this Court on Thursday
next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to hear and
abide the Judgment and determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal And that the poors rate
within mentioned be produced before this Court at the
same time
