At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in
St. John street in the County aforesaid by Adjournment
on Friday the Nineteenth day of July in the Twenty Eighth
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second
King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recomended
and referred unto George Errington< no role > George Greene Jolan Goodchild
Charles Gould< no role > Philip [..] Dyot< no role > John Crosse< no role > and Edmund Byron< no role >
Esquires Justices of the Peace of this County or any five or more of
them to summon before them all such Persons as they shall think proper
and to examine into the Matters within mentioned on Monday next at
ten of the Clock in the Forenoon or on any other day as they shall
think proper at Hicks Hall aforesaid and to report their
Opinion and Observations thereon to this Court on the Adjournment
day of this present Session being the day of
