At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of Our Sovereign Lord
the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the fifteenth Day of July
in he twenty eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

Itt is Ordered by this Court that the within named Thomas Hughs< no role >
have notice of this Petition and that he and all Persons concerned
do attend this Court on Fridaynext at ten of the Clock in
forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of the Same Court touching the Matters contained in the Said Petition.

Dodding Bruce< no role > of Lincolns Inn Gent maketh Oath & saith That
he did on Monday the Fifteenth day of July instant serve the
above named Thos. Hughes< no role > with a true Copy of the Petition and Order hereto
endorsed or annexed, by leaving it with his Wife at his Houses
in Kintish Town , and at the same time informed her of the
intent of such [..] Service and shewed her the sd. Original
Order and Petition.
