(an Infant of the Age of two years) was removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish
of St.
Mary White Chappell
in the said County of Middx
into the said Parish of Saint
Botolph without Aldgate as the place of the last legal Settlement of the said Martha

whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved which Appeal was appointed
by this Court to be heard on this present Thursday the eighteenth day of July
Now upon
hearing of what was alledged byMr.Mr. Pheadris of Council for the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary White Chappell and also by Mr.
Serjeant Hayward of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate
This Court being of Opinion to adjourn the hearing
and determining of the said Appeal doth Order that the hearing and determining of the
Matter of the said Appeal be and the same is hereby adjourned untill the next General
Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County of Middx And that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary White Chappell (upon Notice
of this Order) and all Persons concerned do attend the Court of the said next General Session
of the Peace to be holden for the said County by adjournment on Thursday the twelfth
day of September
next at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of the same Court touching the said Appeal.
