Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the
Bars in the said County

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands & Seals of Thomas Bennett< no role > and Richard
Manley< no role > Esqrs . Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of Westminster (me where of
being of the Quorum) bearing date the Eighth day of
July Instant Elizabeth Ballett< no role > Singlewoman was
removed from the Parish of St. Margaret in the City
of Westminster to the said Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Barras as the place of her last legal
Settlement
