the said George Batchelor< no role >
in £50) upon Condition that the said
Armstrong Franke< no role >
shod. Personally be and appear at the then
next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden at
Hicks hall
in & for the County of Middlesex
then & there to Answer the
Complaint of the then Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Andrew Holborn above the Bars
in the sd. County for that he the
said Armstrong Franke< no role >
being reported a Person of ability &
capable of maintaining Mary< no role >
his Wife
of their Three Children
had run away & left them where by they became Chargeable
to the sd. Parish And Whereas the sd. Armstrong Franke< no role >
hath paid & satisfied to us the present Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish the Charges & Expences which have accreiv'd for and
on Account of his said Wife of Children to the day of the date hereof
Now We the present Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
St. Andrew Holborn above the Bars
humbly desire that the
Recognizance enterd into as aforesaid may be discharged Dated this
31st. day of May
