To the Worshipful his Majesties Justices of the peace of the County of Middx in their General
Quarter Session of the peace for the same County Assembled

The humble petition & Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the poor of the parish of Alverstoke in the Town of Gosport in the County of
Southampton

Sheweth

That by an Order or Vagrant pass [..] Dated the 12th. Day of April 1754 under the [..] of
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . Rachel Miller< no role > and her two Children Vizt. Samuel< no role > &
Charles Miller< no role > were removed and conveyed from and out of the parish of saint
George in the County of Middx aforesaid to the parish of Alverstoke aforesaid

Your petitioners concerning themselves aggrieved by
the said Order or Vagrant pass [..] do humbly appeal to
to this Court against the same And pray that she hearing
and determining of the same Appeal may adjorned untill
the next General Session of the peace to be held for this
County And that the Church Wardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish St. George aforesaid and all other
other persons concerned may then attend this Court to
hear and abide the final and and determination of
this Court touching the same Appeal
