To the Worsshipful his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in their General Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden for the said County at Hick's
Hall Assembled

The Humble Petition of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Doddington in the
County of Kent

Sheweth


That by Arrtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Leand and Seal of Richard Chamberlaine< no role > one of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex aforesaid bearing
Date the Twenty third day of February now last past Martha< no role >
the Wife of Henry Mexted< no role > was removed and Conveyed from
the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the Said Parish of Doddington as the last Place of
the Legal Setttlement of the said Henry Mexted

That your Petitioners Apprehend themselves
Aggrieved by the said Pass Warrant or Order And the
Judgement of the said Justice And do therefore Humbly
appeal unto this Court against the Same

Your Petitioners thereofore
Humbly Pray that this Court will
be Pleased to appoint Some day in this
Present General Quarter Sessions
for this County holden to hear and
Determine the Matter touching
their Said Appeal

And your Petitioners Shall ever Pray Etc
