To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace assembled at their General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace at Hicks Hall
in the County of Middlesex

The humble petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Egham in the
County of Surry.

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of on Order under the Hands and Seals of Jo:
D: Birkhead
< no role > and Samuel Tufnell< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of Peace for the said County of Middlesex Judith
Webber
< no role > Widow was removed from the Parish of Twickenham
in the said County of Middlesex to the said parish of Egham in the
said County of Surry by which Order yor Petrs Apprehend the
said Parish of Egham to be Aggrieved

Your Petrs. therefore humbly pray that your
worships will be [..] pleased to appoint a
Day for the hearing of their said Appeal
