within the City aforesaid Died of a Violent Fever
on Fryday the eighth Day of February last And this
Deponent further Saith that he see the Corps of the
said John Grice< no role > after his Deceased And this Deponents Saith
that the said Deceased was Buried on Tuesday the
Twelfth Day of the said Month of February Following
And this Deponent lastly Saith that the said John
Grice< no role > was the Identical Person that was Indicted
in December Sessions last at the Prosecution
of Thomas Bryan< no role > for a Misdemeanor
