Dina Pyke< no role > of the parish of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex
Spinster Sister of the abovenamed John Pyke< no role > and Williams Watts
of the said parish of Saint Luke Gentleman each Speaking for her
and himself severally make Oath And first the said Dina Pyke
for herself Saith That her Brother the Abovenamed John Pyke< no role >
hath since the Commencement of this Prosecution been found and
Declared a Bankrupt under and by Virtue of a Certain Commission
of Bankerupt Lately Awarded and issued forth against him And
this Deponent Dina Pyke further Saith that the said John Pyke< no role >
hath not yet finished his Examination Relating to his Estate
and Effects before the Commissioners named in the said Commission
of Bankrupt but hath time given him for that purpose And in order
to enable himself so to do he the said John Pyke< no role > did on Wednesday
Last the Seventhteenth Day of this instant April sett out on
horseback to go to the City of Exeter in the County of Devon there
to Settle some Account or Accounts preparatory to his
Examination under the said Commission And that he the said
John Pyke< no role > is not Get returned from his said Journey but how
is as this Deponent Dina Verily believes at the said City of
Exeter or on his Journey thereto or therefrom or in pursuit
or performance of the said Business Relative to the said Commission
And this Deponent William Watts< no role > for himself Saith that a
Bill of Indictment for an Assault having been preferred and Sound
Against the Above named John Pyke< no role > on the prosecution of the
Above named prosecutor Ann Leader At the General Sessions
of the peace held at Hicks's Hall in and for the County of a
Middlesex in the Month of February last and he the said
John Pyke< no role > having with Sureties entred into the Usual
Recognizance to Appear and try the said Indictment this
Deponent did on behalf of the said John Pyke< no role > On Saturday the
Twentieth Day of this instant April Apply to the said prosecutor
to accomodate the Matter of this prosecution And this Deponent
Saith he did on the said Saturday for and on behalf of the said
John Pyke< no role > pay to the said presenter Oness amd Eleven
Shilling and Sixpence in full for all Damage Claims
And Demand which she had on Any Account on the said
