Session of the Peace to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint
John street in & for the County of Middlesex by Adjornment
on Wednesday the twenty fourth day of this instant April
at ten of the Clock in the fore Noon of the Same day And
will then & there Try my Travers upon the Indictment by
You preferred against me for an Assault & false Imprisonment
Dated this 20th. April 1754
