At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord the King holden
for the County of middx at Hicks hall in St. John street in the County aforesaid by adjornmt.
on Thursday the seventeenth day of Januaryin the twenty seventh year
of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second king of Great Britain Etc before
Luke Robinson< no role > Joh George Errington< no role > John Dekewer< no role > Wm. Withers< no role > Waltr. Berry< no role > Esqr
and other their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the peace
in the County aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Tresspasses
and other Misdeeds committed in the same County.

Upon hearing of the appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
the poor of thech Parish of Newbury in the County of Berks ag't a
Pass warrant under the hand and seal of Philip Dyot< no role > Esquire one of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx bearing date the
eleventh day of December last whereby Elizabeth Ackers< no role > wife of Wido William
Ackers
< no role > deceasedwhich he(the said Elizabethis in the said Pass Warrantbeing therein
mentioned to have been apprehended in the parish of saint Giles in the
fields in the said county of Middx ) Vizt.he there Wandering and begging
was conveyed from the said parish of St. Giles in the fields in the
[..] since County to the said parish of Newbury in the County of Berks as the
place of her last legal [..] ttlement And upon hearing of Mr. Serjeant
Hayward of Councel for the Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of
the said parish of St. Giles in the fields , and also on hearing Mr. Stowe of
councel for the Church wardens and overseers of the poor of the said parish
of Newbury this court doth allow of the said appeal and doth vacate &
discharge the aforesaid [..] Pass
and the same is hereby vacated and discharged accordingly
