The Information of Patrick Karam< no role >
of St. James Westmr Vict touching the Death of
Bryan Haulin< no role > taken upon Oath the
16th day of November 1753.

Who Saith that on Saturday the 20th day
of October last about 7 in the Evening John Smith< no role >
Patrick Greedy< no role > and Robert Booth< no role > camein [..] this were drinking
Informants House in Old Paved Allen St James
with Smiths Wife and one Nicholas Potts< no role > being
There at the Same time Some Disputes arose between
the said Potts And Smith and that the deced Brian Haulin< no role >
came into the House & hearing the Dispute and
Seemingly taking Potts's Part call'd the Woman
Bitch Whereupon Smith came out of the Box and
the saidSmith & the Deced Haulin Engaged and
they had two or three falls together and in the
last full falling betwixt the Box and the
Fonder he acced a Wound on the left Side of the
Head, and that he was then carried out of him
House to a Surgeon That in about four on
Five days afterwards this Informant went to
Vict the Deceased at the Infirmary and found him
up and [..] that he gave him a Pinch of Wine and
thathethe deced his Head was Jose but that he hoped to
be will in a Short time And he Further Said that
he had no [..] agt any Person who two ever
