Thomas Steventon< no role > of the parish of Saint Sepulchre in
the City of London Apothecary Maketh Oath and Saith That
Mrs. Elizabeth Blake< no role > the prosecutrix in this Cause being under his
Care he hath Attended her as her Apothecary for the Space of
four Dayslast past And this Deponent further Saith that
the said Mrs. Elizabeth Blake< no role > Continues so Dangeriously ill and
Weakso as not be able to Stir out of her Bed to
Attend this Honourable Court without the hazard of her life
And Lastly this Deponent Saith that for the reasons aforesaid
she is not in a fit Condition to be removed out of her Chamber
to the best of this Deponents Judgement and [..] Belief

Sworn at Justice Hall in the
Old Bailey the 4th. day of May
1753.
