The free and Voluntary Informacon Examinacon
& Confession of James Pike< no role > taken before
me one of his Maties Justices of the Peace
for the said County.

This Informant upon his Oath saith That about
Eight or TenSix EightMonths ago John Watson< no role > Thos. Barber< no role > and
this Informt. in Queen Street in Ratcliff the
F [..] sly did break open a Cellar Window & Feloniously did steal out of the sd. Cellar one leaden Pipe
abt. 7 foot long the property of persons unknown and then
the sd. John Watson< no role > Thos. Barber & this Informt. sold the
same to a woman that keeps an Old Iron shop ye Corner
of Johns Hill & gave the sd. Watson Barber& this
Inft. ye Sum of 16d. for the same but this Inft. had
but 2d. for his share.

And further upon his Oath saith That abt. 9 or 10
o Clock & next morng John Watson< no role > Thos. Barber< no role > &
this Inft. went into ye afsd Cellar & then went up
Stairs & feloniously did break a Hole thro the
Wall into the next empty House & out of the Cellar
in the said House did steal take & carry away one
leaden pipe abt. 9 foot long ye Property of Persons
unknown and then the sd. Watson Barber & this
Inft. went up in to the garrett in ye sd. House &
broke a Hole thro the Pleistering into another empty
House & out of the Cellar in ye sd. House Feloniously
did steal & carry away one other leaden Pipe abt. the
same length the property of persons unknown
