To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
in General Session assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of White Waltham in the
County of Berks

Sheweth

for Appellants


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of
Philip Dyot< no role > and John Milner< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the
fourteenth day of November One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty One
Mary Hester< no role > Widow of West Hester< no role > deced and her Two Children by her
said late Husband Vizt. Sarah< no role > aged Two Years and upwards and Frances< no role > aged
about Six Weeks was removed from the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in
the County of Middx to the said Parish of White Waltham as the Place of
their last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
aggrieved

Therefore they humbly Appeal to your Worships against the
Adjudgment of the said two Justices And Pray your Worships
will be pleased to Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields and all
Persons concerned do attend this Court some day in this present
Sessions to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of this
Court touching the said Appeal.
