The Information of William Thompson< no role > of St. Martin in ye Fields Cabinet Maker
touching the death of John Anderson< no role > taken upon Oath this 18th day of September 775 [..]

This Informent saith that on saturday the 31st. day of Augts last above [..]
Ten oClock at Night being in Company with the deced John Anderson< no role > James
Matter
< no role > and James Anderson< no role > a Wager happend about their height which
Matter lost and refused to pay , That about Twelve oClock at night
they went away home, and that words passd between Matter and the
deced: that matter told him he was his Man at anytime, and that they
deced said now is the time, that immediately afterwards this Informt:
turn'd about and saw the said Matter shine him now then once
That Anderson then call'd out to his Cousin James Anderson< no role > saying
that Matter had Cut him, That he went home with the deced and
found: Then Wounds on him One on the head near the left Temple,
One Wound on the left Arm and one one the left thumb
