We whose names are hereunto Subscribed Church
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint
Luke in the said County of Middlesex Do hereby Certifye
to your Worships & all others whom it may Concern that we
have received Security & full Satisfaction on behalf of the
said Parish of Saint Luke for & Concerning a Female Bastard
Child born on the Body of Ann Colvill< no role > Singlewoman in the
said Parish of which one Henry Key< no role > hath been lately Charged
upon the Oath of the said Ann Colvill to be the true &only
Father as witness Our Hands this 10th day of October 1751
