maketh Oath that he this Depont. together with one John
Dowdell< no role > became bail for the Appearance of the said Thomas
Rowney< no role > in July Sessions One thousand seven hundred and fifty
and this Dept. further saith that he hath made divers Inquirys
after the said Thomas Rowney< no role > and hath been informed that the
said Rowney went over to Ireland above twelve Months ago
and this Informant hath also been informed that the said Rowney
died in Ireland some time ago
