Maketh Oath & Saith That the sd. Defs hath by
his Soll. Applyed by Sumons to the Attorney Genl. of the High
Court of Chanceryforin order to Obtain a noli prosequi on an Indr.
in the above Cause but hath not yet been able to Obtain the same
And this Dept. saith that he hath Applyed to Mr. Jopson Soll. fox
the above named, proses. who hath agreed in Consideration of a
Satisfaction agreed upon to be pd. by this Dep. unto ye sd. hrs. depeon
for ye use of his Clyent But this Dept. saith that the sd. Mr.
Jopson (as he hath Acqueinted this Dept.) cannot be able to
procure a Genl. Release untill Monday next by reason of his
Clyents being a Jew & this his Sabbath.
