This is to cert [..] it [..]
that the last Lord [..] the [..] th. Instant being
Sent for I visite [..] Mr. John Boddely< no role > , and
found him very ill and on Examination
was informed that about Noon, he had been
taken with a violent fit, attended [..] th the
Aboliteon of all his Senses preceaded for several
Hours with Shakings, and Tremblings, which
continued many Hours after

The next Day I visited him again, and altho
I found him better, I thought it needful to
advise him not to be forward in employing
himself about his Business.

I likewise visited him again this Day, and
found him Still better, but do not think is
Safe for him to be much out of his House
and advised that he should not go out of
his House on any Occasion without term
Reason to be with him.

This Advice I though [..] the more necessary
as he had been formerty afflicted with the Epilepsy
and as this Call epi [..] fit was attended
with paralytic Symptons.
