the County of Middlesex on Tuesday the Tenth Day of
this Instant September at Ten of the Clock in the
forenoon at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the sd. County
then & there to Try my Traverse on an Indictment
exhibited by you agt. me for a Misdemeanor Dated the
6th. Day of September 1751
