Sheweth

The humble petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Thundridge in the County
of Hertford .

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of Merry Tesmaker< no role >
and Pierce Galliard< no role > Esqrs : two of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for the said County bearing date the 15th. Day of May 1751
(whereof one is of the Quorum) Elizabeth< no role > the
Wife of Thomas Tyth< no role > otherwise Tide< no role > Whose
maiden Name was Elizabeth Clarke< no role > with her
three Children Vizt. John< no role > Thomas< no role > and Micheal< no role >
were removed from the parish of Endfield
in the said County of Middlesex to the
Parish of Thundridge in the County of
Hertford as the place of their last legal
Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners think
themselves Aggreived & Appeal to this Court
