To the right worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex at their General Session Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a Warrant or Order bearing date the Fifteenth
day of January last under the hands and Seals of Richd. Richard< no role > Esqr . and
Jr. Sam Gower< no role > Knt. Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) Elizabeth
Tennant
< no role > aged about eight years the Daughter and Lawful Issue of
George Tennant< no role > deced was removed from the Parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate in this County to the Said Parish of St. Anne as
the Place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioner's conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the Said Order of the Said two Justices do appeal against the Same

And humbly Pray that this Court
will be Pleased to appoint a Day this
Present Session for all Parties to attend
to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of this Court touching
the Said Appeal

And the Petrs will pray Etc
