take their Tryal this present Sessions And this
Deponent John Wisbidge< no role > for himself saith that he
did on the first day of this Instant March go to
the House of Becket Mitchell< no role > in Order to Subpena [..]
Cum to appear on this Second day of March as
Witnesses for the other Doponents James Bryant< no role >
and James Hayes< no role > and Becket Mitchells< no role > wife told him
this Deponent that her Husband was gone into
Lioncolnshire and coud not possiby tell when he woud
return to Town And this Deponent further saith
that he did on the same day go to the House of
Ezra Ridgard< no role > in Liquor Poud Street to sub pena
him for the other DeponentsEzra James Bryant< no role >
and James Hayes< no role > and there saw his Wife and the
him this Deponent that her Husband was gone
to Bath and woud be very uncertain when he woud
return to Town
