Yr. does & paid near £1500 of Ann Duties & Excise for ye Manufacture<lb></lb>
he is concernd in that he has expended voluntarily & cheerfully £500 in the Support & Defence of ye present<obscured></obscured>

Establishmt. that his Far. expended near as much & hazarded his Life in in preventing his Majty K. W<obscured></obscured>

& immortal Memory from being Assassinated in the Year 1695 without any Hopes or Expectacon by<lb></lb>
either of them of any Reward but ye Satisfaction of having contributed to the Service of the best of<lb></lb>
